A little bit about me:

I am a native of the Lone Star State.
I graduated from Wichita Falls High School and earned a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington.
For the past decade, I have served as a middle school teacher and AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) Coordinator in Mansfield ISD. To spread my passion for the AVID College Readiness System, I also serve as a National Staff Developer for AVID.
The things I enjoy the most are hanging with my family & friends, watching movies, live music, experiencing new foods (#Foodie), and reading.
